We’re sorry to hear that you won’t be able to join us in person for the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K. Transfers are not allowed and per the refund policy, entries are non-refundable; however, we are happy to extend the below option for you to still participate!
Deferral
If you are unable to participate due to pregnancy, injury, or military deployment, we offer deferrals to the 2023 running events with proof. Please submit either your doctor’s note stating injury/pregnancy or proof of deployment to
raceinfo@500festival.com by May 4, 2022.
To remain fair and consistent, deferrals do not extend to anyone besides the injured, pregnant, or deployed participant, and we must receive proof by May 4, 2022. Deferred entries cannot extend past the following year. No exceptions.
Virtual
If you are unable to participate for any other reason, we invite you to join us virtually! If you are an in-person participant who would like to swap to a virtual participation preference and are submitting your request on or after May 2, please fill out the form by clicking the button below. The form MUST be filled out in order for your items to be mailed to you.
If you have already submitted a virtual participation request and received confirmation from a 500 Festival staff member, or if you registered outright as a virtual participant, you do not need to fill out the form as we are already aware of your virtual participation request.
