Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K

Congratulations to all who participated in this year's event on Saturday, May 6, 2023!

We hope you enjoyed your race as much as we enjoyed putting it on for you! Thousands of runners and walkers met their fitness goals, and it looks like had A LOT of fun in doing so. Participants ran and walked 3.1 miles on a course that weaved throughout downtown Indianapolis. Great job getting out there and accomplishing your goals!

Named one of America's Best 5K races, the Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K takes place prior to the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. While the mileage is shorter than the Mini-Marathon, the experience of the Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K is just as rich. The race uses the same start line and finish line as the Mini-Marathon, it includes tons of entertainment along the route, and the incomparable Post Race Party, featuring live entertainment and high fives galore.

Your participation in The Greatest Spectacle in Running supports the 500 Festival’s youth health, fitness, and education events and programs, which are provided to Indiana schools for free. Through the support of one million past race participants and each new Indy Mini registration, the 500 Festival is able to reach more than 100,000 Hoosier children annually through free and meaningful programming.
