Why can't I defer my Miler Series registration?
500 Festival Virtual Miler Series registrations are nondeferrable. Moreover, the 500 Festival Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy, has an established virtual program that has been enjoyed by past participants for years As a community nonprofit organization, we derive significant support from events like these that help us deliver our mission to enrich lives and foster positive community impact. Part of that mission includes several youth health and fitness focused events and programs. In fact, we reached a new milestone in 2020, as we now provide free fitness and health related programming for over 100,000 Indiana youth annually!
What does this mean for the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, and Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K?
We're working with the health department, medical professionals, and community leaders to finalize details on our 2021 events and programs. The safety of our participants, volunteers, staff and the city of Indianapolis is our number one priority. As we make these decisions and put plans into action, we will be sure to pass along that information to our participants and potential participants. We are not implementing any price increases this year, so if you wait to register, it will be the same price as it is today.
What does this mean for the 500 Festival's other events?
Regarding 500 Festival events for the remainder of May, please be patient as we respond to new health-related guidance and develop alternate plans as necessary. Any additional measures or announcements will be communicated to impacted participants, ticketholders, and volunteers via email. It will also be shared on our social media, websites (www.500festival.com and www.indymini.com) and to the media, as they occur.
When should I expect my participant gear?
We have run into shipping delays in the past due to COVID, so we are not able to provide an exact date. Most participants can expect to have their Virtual Miler Series swag in hand by mid-March. Participants who registered on or after 2/1/21 may not receive their items until mid April.
What should I expect in my Virtual Miler Series participant mailing?
All participants will receive the official 500 Festival Virtual Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy shirt and medal, as well as goodies from our sponsors! Participants who registered on or after 2/1/21 may not receive items provided by partners, but will still receive the official shirt and medal.

Logging Miles On The NEW Indy Mini App
How do I log my miles?
Participants can log their miles through the new Indy Mini app. Around the first of each month, registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their account for that distance.
How do I download the app?
The Indy Mini app is available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Simply search for "Indy Mini." The first claim email will direct you to the app store if you do not yet have it downloaded. Download it here: https://rtrt.me/app/indy-3miler
How do I track others?
Simply search for the name of the registered participant, and they will be added to your tracking.
How do I share my tracking link?
Click "tracker" then click your name. From there, click the "share" button. It will prompt you to copy the link or text it to your friends and family.
Do I have to log my miles?
We highly encourage our participants to use the new Indy Mini app to complete and log their miles. The app helps to bring an in-person feel to a virtual event. However, you do not necessarily need to log your miles. If you choose not to, you will still receive your Virtual Miler Series shirt and medal.
Can I log my miles without the app?
Again, we highly encourage participants to use the new Indy Mini app. If you wish to log your miles another way, we do have a form you can fill out. Miles logged there will not show up on the overall results for 7-10 business days. https://500festival.wufoo.com/forms/r1qdoiz0zbeymr/
