Logging Your Miles

Miles may be completed by walking, running, biking, swimming, rolling, hiking, kayaking, counting your daily steps, through exercise classes, and more! Miles may be logged daily, weekly, or monthly online — the choice is yours! Once you access your mileage log online, bookmark the page for easy access. Easy Ways to Log Miles:
  • Use the button below to find your account and easily log your miles!
  • From your confirmation email: click manage your registration, then select Submit Virtual Results
  • From your RunSignup account: Sign in at runsignup.com, go to your profile, the find the challenge and click Submit Virtual Results
Converting Workouts to Miles
Not all movement covers ground — but it still counts! If you’re doing fitness classes or other non-distance-based activities, you can still log that effort. This includes activities like:
  • Yoga or Pilates
  • Strength training
  • Dance fitness (e.g., Zumba)
  • HIIT, rowing, boxing, and more
Be consistent and honest — this challenge is about staying active, building healthy habits, and having fun!

Use this simple conversion:
🕒 30 minutes of moderate-to-intense activity = 1 mile
